We have replaced our traditional Kol Nidre appeal with an option called The Tekiah Fund. There will be no appeal nor asking for money on Erev Yom Kippur this year. 

So why the Tekiah Fund?

Tekiah is the first call prior to the first blast of the Shofar on Rosh Hashanah. It is intended to command our attention and awaken our soul as we enter a New Year filled with new possibilities. We ask the congregation to respond to that shofar blast and “Answer the Call.”
