St. Petersburg, FL – Temple Beth-El earned distinction for its workplace policies by Family Friendly Tampa Bay, a local initiative developed to recognize companies that have adopted policies that give Tampa Bay businesses and organizations an advantage in recruiting and retaining the best employees.

The Family Friendly Tampa Bay initiative offers resources to organizations on how to implement more family friendly policies and recognizes organizations that offer their employees family friendly benefits.
