Please note all enrolled Sunday School families, if not already a member of Temple Beth-El, must complete a Temple Beth-El Engagement Interest Form for 2023-24.

- $875 per student, Grades K-7
Includes: $750 per child Partnership Investment & $125 per child Activity Cost
- $475 per student, Grades 8-12 (Kulanu-"All of Us")

The Activity Cost ($125 per child) is due when registering and the remaining amount will be invoiced to your account.

* Behavior: Temple Beth-El Sunday School provides a comfortable & safe space for all students & staff. If my child exhibits aggressive behavior, consistently disrupts the classroom learning environment, or makes disparaging remarks towards staff or other students, an action plan may be required. We will make all efforts and accommodations to ensure your child’s success. In cases of a child leaving the school for behavioral reasons, whether at the discretion of Temple Beth-El Sunday School or the parents, there will be no tuition reimbursements.

* B'nai Mitzvah: I understand that if I am enrolling my child(ren) in Sunday school as 5th-7th graders, I will be billed separately & automatically for the B'nai Mitzvah fee of $900 per student @ $300 per year.

* Minor Injury & Illness: In case of minor injury or illness, I give the staff at Temple Beth-EI permission to administer first aid for my child(ren). In case of major injury or illness, I understand the the staff will make every effort to contact me. If they are unable to do so, I give permission for my child(ren)'s physician to be contacted and/or for an ambulance to be contacted, and for a physician to secure proper treatment and/or hospitalize my child(ren). I agree to release Temple Beth-El Sunday school & Temple Beth-El from all claims, damages, or other liabilities for injuries to my child(ren) that occur.
