Josh Gamson

Joshua Gamson, known to friends and family as Josh, is a devoted father of two incredible teens. A true enthusiast of all things Tampa Bay, Josh passionately supports the Buccaneers, Lightning, and Rays, reveling in the vibrant sports culture of the area. He also loves everything in the Performing Arts, supporting Broadway from afar. Based on this, he can talk to everyone! And boy does he like to talk to people! For him, nothing compares to the breathtaking beauty of Tampa Bay sunsets, which he finds far superior to sunrises! Take that East Coast!
With a rich career spanning 25 years in education, Josh has dedicated his life to teaching and inspiring young minds. His deep commitment to Jewish education and camping is evident in both his professional and personal life. Josh's love for these fields is matched only by his enthusiasm for the diverse experiences and opportunities they offer.
Josh's educational philosophy is encapsulated in his motto: "Meet the kids where they are at." His vision for the school is to create engaging and fun programs that truly embrace the Joy of Judaism. He often humorously summarizes all Jewish holidays as: "A group hated us, they tried to destroy us, we fought back, we won, let's eat."
