Masked-Up & In-Person Shabbat Service - April 23, 2021

Registration will be closed on April 21 or when spaces are filled.

This registration confirmation DOES NOT confirm that you are one of the first 25, but confirms that you will be either one of the 25 or will be placed on the waitlist. You will be notified within one week prior of the event if you are one of the first-come-first-served 25 persons who can attend in person. If you are placed on a waitlist, you will be notified if a cancellation occurs in order of registration.

Please be patient as we work through this new process of offering safe, in-person, socially distant, masked services outdoors at Temple Beth-El. At this time, we request you bring your own chair, wear an approved facemask at all time (no neck gaiters allowed), bring water if you would like, dress appropriately for being outdoors for 30+ minutes and be prepared to have your temperature checked. Restrooms will be available but water fountains will be closed.

If selected to attend in-person, you will receive an email within 24-hours of the service that contains a COVID-19 waiver and a Symptoms Checklist Form that must be completed online before arrival. We ask that you answer honestly, understanding that these two pieces of information, as well as an approved temperature check upon arrival will be required before allowing you to enter the service space.

If you are NOT selected as one of the first 25 registered to attend in-person, you will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted if a cancellation occurs. If you are not contacted, please participate by joining us at 6pm by watching live online on our Livestream webpage, Facebook live or on our YouTube channel

NEED TO CANCEL? Out of consideration for all members of our community, should circumstances change and you cannot keep your reservation, please contact Tovah at the Temple office or at to release your spot as soon as possible.

Our hope is that these services will be offered once-a-month moving forward until we are able to completely open to resume regular Shabbat services.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office. We look forward to seeing you all in-person soon!
