We will enjoy a second year of Art Shabbat hosted by Temple Beth-El members Katee Tully and Helen Levine at The Poetry Bar. The Poetry Bar was founded by Katee as a place where art, poetry and conversations are shared and nurtured. Last year’s participants commented it was one of their favorite services of the year. In keeping with the Poetry Bar spirit, all participants are invited to bring a “lovelock” with your initials or another’s initials to attach to the Poetry Bar exhibition fence. Express your commitment to a person or an idea or a cause on your lock. Also, bring a piece of prose, poetry or song lyrics containing the word “blue”.
