Introducing Shabbat Under the Stars

While COVID has certainly created many challenges, it also provides us with opportunities. For the next six weeks, weather permitting, Friday night services will be held outside in the courtyard and breezeway area. Be sure to dress accordingly. In the event we move indoors, masks will be required. Please note that Shabbat on Friday, January 28 at 6pm will be our offsite Beach Shabbat so be sure to check our website and eScroll for additional information.

Please join us as we take advantage of our amazing Florida weather and experience our Shabbat Under The Stars. Reciting the prayers and safely gathering as a community while looking at the moon and feeling the evening breeze can truly be a holy experience.

Lastly, please know the staff and temple leadership are working hard to meet your needs while trying to provide as safe an environment as possible. Thank you for your patience, understanding, support and compassion.

YOU WILL NO LONGER NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND OUR EREV SHABBAT SERVICES OR SHABBAT MORNING SERVICEs. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL INDOOR EVENTS FOR ANYONE AGE 3+ REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.

Below are a list of upcoming Shabbat Services. If times have changed for a service they will be highlighted in yellow. If registration is listed as required, it is due to food service needs or capacity limitations. COVID UPDATE 12.21.21

At TBE, our number one priority is the health and safety of our entire temple community. We encourage everyone who is eligible to get fully vaccinated. We welcome you to participate in as many temple events as possible but if you are feeling under the weather or have any flu or cold-like symptoms, please stay home and take care of yourself.

Pre-registration for services and most activities is no longer required, unless a need exists due to food service planning or capacity issues. Please know masks are required at all indoor activities including meetings, services, classes and activities. If we can take advantage of our beautiful weather, we will try to have as many outdoor activities as possible. Also, we will continue to serve food outside.

Lastly, please understand that the COVID policies in the ECC or Sunday School may be more restrictive as many of our students are not yet eligible to be vaccinated and their safety is of utmost concern. If asked to wear a mask, even if outside, please understand it is for our children.

Once we have a better understanding of the latest variant, we are hopeful to lessen some of the COVID related restrictions. Until then, we appreciate your continued support of these efforts to keep all of us safe.
