Purim

Purim is celebrated each Spring with an evening service to read parts of the megillah, have a “shpiel”  or comedic dramatization of the story of Esther, through song and other antics.  On the closest Sunday the Temple collaborates with Congregation B’nai Israel, a local Conservative synagogue and we hold a joint Purim Carnival for the kids and their families.
