Our special annual events not only create opportunities for fellowship but they also raise funds to keep our operations going. Here is a snapshot of our annual events:
1). The Chanukah raffle is a yearly event held at 101 Menorah Celebration during Chanukah in which we have several cash prizes ($1000 and $500) and ticket packages for the professional Tampa Bay sports teams. The other prize is premium parking space for the High Holy Days
2). Art Festival- This is the largest fundraiser of the year and this nationally acclaimed art show includes artists from all over the nation. It is a 3 day event that draws thousands of people to annually.
3). Chili Cook Off is a fun activity that has been moved to February this year and had approximately 20 teams that prepared home-made chili this past year with well over a 100 tasters.
4). Spring Fundraiser- This is the 2nd largest fundraiser of the year and can be anything from a tribute to a gala sometimes involving performances and dinners.
5). Silent Auction- This involves various and sundry good and services offered in a silent auction format. It is tied in to our very popular Mother's day brunch. The brunch is prepared and served by our Boyz in the Hooh/Brotherhood.
